«Information-analytical system of situational center of the Governor's office of Akmola region»

The IAS platform of the SC akimat of Akmola region is implemented according to a unified architectural approach and serves as a basis for further integration of all information systems in the region. The implementation of this project is one of the first steps of the local Executive body to build forecasts for the development of various spheres on the basis of the constructed mathematical modules and analysis of the achievement of key indicators. The system uses BI-Analytics, which is the main platform and tool for visualization, processing and monitoring of data.As a result of the implementation of the IAS, more than 800 indicators of socio-economic development and monitoring of operational data were covered by the automated collection and analysis of the SC. IAS SC platform allows to integrate existing and emerging information, information and analytical systems.As such are the accounting systems of the region and the system of the Republican level, for example, electronic document management systems. Analytical works are presented in the form of dashboards by time and geographical breakdown with the publication of information on the map, analysis and forecasting of achievement of targets of individual industries.The monitoring covered the Internet resources of the media and social networks on the topics of public administration, well-being of residents of Akmola region. The main task of media monitoring is to analyze the content of web and social pages by identifying keywords.


Unified duty and dispatch service 112 (UDDS)

The issue of creating a single duty and dispatch service 112, which will close the tasks of a single point of appeal of the population in the event of accidents, incidents, health threats, emergencies, is being worked out. Creation of EDDS provides equipment with necessary modern technical means-advanced technologies of collection, processing and transfer of information for increase of efficiency of work of services, including modern digital radio communication.

Social effect:

1. The average time spent on one call will be up to 5 minutes-reducing the time to provide the necessary assistance;

2. High rate of rapid response to incidents;

3. Organization of calls of operational services on the principle of one window;

4. Exclusion of 100% employment lines of operational services;

5. Reduce the number of false calls by 45%;

6. Increase the efficiency of call service control by 25%.
